Game Changer Event Itinerary

• All participants arrive 3 hours before start of game. 
• Participants complete a pre event perception survey.
• Moderated focus group discussion takes place over the next 2.5 hours. 
• 15 minutes before game time, focus group concludes. 
• Participants complete a post event perception survey at the conclusion of the focus group, or during the game/entertainment event.
• All participants go to the game/entertainment event and are asked to stay for the first 20 minutes.
